Spaying Subsidy For 3 Female Cats (Yap Siew Hwa�s)

We have subsidised RM300 for the spaying of 3 female cats rescued by Mdm Yap Siew Hwa (aka Mrs Lim). �Mdm Yap owns two laundrette shops in USJ and she takes care of the neighbourhood street animals.
