Noddy & Sweet Pea Enjoying Their Banana Biscotti

Noddy & Sweet Pea’s story.
Noddy & Sweet Pea were rescued from the Bangkok floods back in November 2011. They were taken from “Dog Island” to a vet in Bangkok by Soi Dog where they were treated for malnutrition, blood parasites & chest infection, both recovered well. Noddy was the first one to fly to Soi Dog Phuket followed shortly by Sweet Pea, after she’d spent around 10 days in an oxygen tent to help with her breathing.

The new family originally was only adopting Noddy. (He got his name because he fell asleep in Cindy’s hand (Soi Dog Volunteer) Upon looking at some photo’s of Noddy they noticed a little black & white paw in a cage in the background. This was Sweet Pea! As they were being looked after together they thought it would be a good idea to adopt Sweet Pea too so they could have some companionship. This turned out to be a good decision as they are now inseparable.

Once in Phuket, they were vaccinated and neutered. Then the quarantine period began… They were well looked after by Soi Dog up until April 2012, when it was finally time to leave and join our family (2 human & 3 cats) in the UK. They’re now super shiny, healthy, happy doggies!
