Spaying Subsidy For 1 Female Cat (Julie Teoh Siew Gaik�s)

My daughter just took in a stray cat which just gave birth to 3
kittens. Fortunately, we managed to find good homes for the kittens
and now we are planning to keep the mom. Its somehow loosing fur as
well. We would like to apply for the subsidy to get it neuter. We hope
to be hearing some good news from you. �Thanking you in advance.

I asked Julie about the bald patch on the cat. She said she asked the vet and apparently, it could be due to excessive shedding which sometimes happens during pregnancy. Julie said the hair is slowly growing back now.
