Neutering Subsidy For 2 Dogs (Nyeow Miow Leng�s)

We have subsidised RM240 for the spaying of two female dogs, rescued by Nyeow Miow Leng, from Batu Pahat.

Hi, they are 2 dogs in our community at Tongkang Pecah, Batu Pahat,
Johor

Irresponsible people like to throw their dogs here. My neigbour & me
give the dogs food everyday. I hope to control their population before
the Majlis Perbandaran take action before me.

Therefore, I wish I could apply the subsidy.
