The notorious Sec17 Wantan Mee Seller who scalded the dog has been sentenced to ONE day’s jail and fined RM200.
Even with such strong public pressure and condemnation, this is about as severe a sentence as it gets when it comes to animal abuse.
We DESPERATELY need the government to make good on their promise on revising the relevant legislation ASAP.
