Subsidy For Gingi, A Cat With Gingivitis (Lee Keng Seong�s)

We have subsidised RM95.20 for this case.

dear kah yein,

i’ve picked up an adult cat from my area 10 days ago, and i was thinking to vaccine, spay, and release to where i got her. but after we went to the hospital, doctor told this cat is about 5-6 years old, and she is suffering from very rare type of gingivitis that she needs to go under medication for 2 weeks then will see how’s the result is. doctor suspect she might be fiv carrier too.
so, after this two weeks i need to send her back to do fiv (feline immunodeficiency virus) test on her. for the time being, due to her swollen gum and ulcer in mouth, she can only take soft /wet food. poor kitty! seem like it’s going to be a very long way for her to recover…. and it’s hardtime for me too!

would you be able to help us on the medication fees?

Sandy and Keng Seong dropped by to give me the receipt and form today and told me that the cat, Ms Gingi, would need to be checked for FIV next week. I told them about RetroMAD1, which can be used for symptomatic FIV+ cats. Ms Gingi has trouble eating because of the pain from the ulcers and Sandy is feeding her AD.

Sandy also said it has been very difficult feeding the 3 medications to Ms Gingi every day as she can really fight! I told them about the carrier trick which I use on Cow. I hope it works!
