Medical Subsidy For Mak Boyot The Cat (Liyana Ismail�s)

Dear Dr Chan,

Two Saturdays ago, I’d sent the kitten mom (we called her Mak Boyot) to the vet. The vet confirmed that she’s pregnant, so the spaying was postponed until later after she gave birth. While we’re there, I ask the vet to check the cat skin condition as her fur drops and there are patches of bald skin on her body. The vet gave her an injection and a bottle of medicine. As for now, the condition seems to be improving but there are still few bald patches. The total bill for the treatment is RM45, I would like to apply the medical fund. Attached is the picture of the bald patches and the receipt. I will send it today via pos ekspress.

p/s: Boyot, the kitten, was adopted by the college staff few weeks ago. I try to make sure the staff send Boyot for his next booster shot, but she seems like she don’t want to bother with it. I gave Boyot’s clinic card and reminds the staff about his next vet visit. Hopefully she’ll send him for the shot.
