Harry, Little Kitten For Adoption (Chens)

From Chen:
Hi Kah Yein,
I mentioned to you that I found an abandoned kitten on 6 Feb 2012. Here is the story and pictures.
A small kitten was left in a box next to the pedestrian gate which is next to the apartment’s garbage dump. The first picture shows the message on the box. I believe that the person who left the kitten there wanted to help the kitten but did not know how or what to do, and was probablypressurized by family orhouse matesto justget rid of it. And so he/she did the only thing he/she knew – put it in a box in an area that gets a lot of foot-traffic with a message for help. I was walking past the gate to throw rubbish and to get breakfast and saw the pitiful condition, and took it home. The next picture shows the kitten, the crackers and empty water container left in the box by the person who abandoned the kitten.
As I am away the whole day at work and had planned to go away next week for a week-long retreat, I asked my cat-friendly neighbour Connie and her 2 children (Eva and Elvan) to help me take care of the kitten. They trooped over to my apartment and said “No problem!” Thank goodness!!!
We then very inexpertly and with very bad guess work declared the kitten a boy and promptly named him Harry after Harry Potter. If he turns out to be a girl – we’ll just change it to Harriet. The next picture is the best shot I could take of him, because he’s so active and energetic. The last picture shows Harry being bottled fed by Connie’s daughter Eva.
Harry is about 4-weeks old. Eats, drinks and sleep happily. Highly active and alert. He poos and pees normally and he self-taught himself to use the litter box. In fact, he had never pooed or peed outside the box. He still cries for his mommy of course, but only for a while before he’ll snuggle into his box to sleep. He is a darling and open for adoption for someone who wants to welcome a bundle of joy and love into her/his home. If you want to adopt him, please email to:ngchenchen@gmail.com.
