ROVER, a poor boy rescued from certain death by HOPE shelter in Johor. Terrible condition of serious dehydration, malnutrition, blinded left eye and a crippled leg and a huge maggot wound.
He’s now recovering well after a week of hospitalization. Let’s help find the boy a permanent home that can give him some sincere, loving care!
