This morning, SPCA received a call of a cat sitting on a ledge at the 11th floor of Blk 760 in a housing board estate in the North. We immediately left for the scene and on arrival at the unit, we saw a black cat meowing in distress and sitting precariously on the ledge. Our Animal Rescue Officers managed to locate the owner with the help of a community cat feeder.
