So basically I found Leo in my condo. last month she gave birth to 4 kittens and someone took all 4 of her kittens and left her there . I used to feed her ann her kittens then when I started noticing that there is something wrong with her
Anyways so few days went by then I started noticing that she was not eating or drinking water and her breathing was not normal and she had some fungal or bacterial infection going on
So on 2nd July I bring her to 1 vet coz she wasn't looking good and her infection was getting worst. so vet told me that she has some infection that's why she is having high fever and this infection anyway so they gave her some atibiotics and asked to continue that. I was taking care of her but she was getting worst everyday
On 5th I went to feed her she was lying on her back and breathing very very slow and loud (as if she was taking her last few breaths ). I rushed and bring her to "Animal Medical Centre (AMC)" in emergency they gave her oxygen and kept her under observation and they gave me quotation of (RM 2238) without medication and for 3 days. I can't afford that much so I waited there until she was abit stable. then I got her discharged and bring her to BRICKFIELDS VETERINARY MEDICAL CENTRE in emergency they did X-ray and everything so basically dr Wilson found some fluids in her lungs that's y she couldn't breath they took her to icu and gave her drips as she was not eating orally for few days. actually dr was not sure if she could get better he said we can try to treat her but if she can't get better we have option to PUT HER TO SLEEP AND EASE HER SUFFERING and I was like that's not an option anyways so they admitted her and gave me estimate of (RM 1284) and took RM 500 deposit which I borrowed from a friend and on 4th day I got her discharged as she was doing okay and was eating and drinking orally.
I hope u can support my efforts in caring for the community cats by considering a contribution to the bill. your generosity is very much appreciated thank u
once she will do better will put her up for adoption.
