Bear was recently dumped at d road side with some old timer which I used to feed everyday.

I can't gv him food bcoz he is very afraid of me, even I leave d food on d floor n walk away, he will not dare to come to eat bcoz d bigger dogs will attack him.

1.7.2020 managed to catch him. Will be quarantine him for a week b4 taking him for his 1st vaccination.
