Penelope is a sweet-as-pie teenage kitten who was rescued when our teammate was looking for a neonatal kitten she'd seen the day before (also rescued!). Penelope was hanging about, looking a bit lost, but so incredibly affectionate and sweet that our teammate couldn't leave her behind.

Penelope went straight to the vet and was dewormed, vaccinated and spayed as well. Unfortunately, there was a slight complication with the spay surgery so she ended up with two incisions but she will recover 100%. Once discharged and brought home, she hasn't stopped purring or baking biscuits since, even in her soft cone.

This sweet girl is almost fully recovered and ready to receive adoption applications. She'd be a great cat for a first-time cat parent looking for a solo cat but she'd also get along beautifully with other cats. She LOVES to sleep in your lap or right next to you.
