I rescued Lemon at a random stop at Speedmart 99 in USJ Heights, to replenish my Whiskas supply. This was not my normal stop, it just so happened that I was passing by that area and I thought, I need cat food anyway, let's just stop and get some.

Lemon was lying outside a shop next to Speedmart and I noticed she had a wound on her hind leg. After previous sporo cases, I'm now very mindful of cats with wounds. And I can't pass by a visibly injured animal without doing something, if I know I can do something to help. She was quite friendly, she willingly came to me and I had no trouble getting her into my cat carrier and off to the vet we went.

I was praying for it not to be sporo when the vet took a skin scrape but unfortunately, it was. So Lemon was boarded at the vet for 2+ months, to complete her sporo treatment.

Lemon will eventually be rehomed but now she's being treated for eosinophilic granuloma complex, which is a type of allergy that causes her skin to itch tremendously. This is a whole other expense on its own but this appeal is to help cover some of her ward fees during her sporo treatment, which came to a total of RM1425, but I'm appealing for the RM500 max as allowed by this fund.
