Lemon is the ultimate survivor. When she was first picked up, she had a case of sporo, which is a fungal infection that appears as sores at the extremities then eventually shuts down the internal organs if not treated. Lemon was lucky that we found it early, and was able to treat her right away.

After 2 months of being boarded at the vet, all her wounds dried up, recovered and she's about to receive a clean bill of health! She's also been dewormed, fully vaccinated and spayed. She does have allergies to certain types of food, so she must only be fed Hill's z/d Hypoallergenic kibble. The fashionable double cone is a result of her itching from the allergies, but the symptoms are improving!

Lemon is a sweet but sassy cat, and she is sooo affectionate. She takes a bit of time to warm up in the beginning, but once she bonds with you, the bond is for life. She just loves attention! Please give this sweetie a chance to be safe and loved in a forever home. Lemon prefers to be a solo cat if possible, though with the right integration techniques, she's also shown that it's possible for her to live with another cat.
