Enter Blackie! This little lady miraculously found her way to my house, all by herself, lurking behind the trash bin, playing with her own shadow.
She's playful, a skillful climber, easy to purr, independent and adaptable. Being surrounded by older cats doesn't frighten her, she goes about her days minding her own business, and if those old coots try to put the scare into her, she would put the terror back into them!
Blackie tries to eat every edible thing there is in sight the first day she was rescued and given an apartment to stay (😆), but now she's on a kitten's diet as befit her age.
I have rescued and fostered many cats and kittens in my life time, and Blackie happens to be one of the easiest foster kitten I have ever had the opportunity to handle.
