Melman is hand-fed and hand-raised by me. We don’t know its gender yet. Melman only chirps, it doesn’t whistle or sing. It loves to perch on my shoulder. It knows how to ‘step up’ if you offer your hand to it. Melman slid through the bathroom window and flew away.
