Patrick was found suffering from skin problems and almost skin & bones. He was sent to the vet, where he was neutered, dewormed, vaccinated and treated for mites. The mites issue is gone now, and Patrick's skin and fur is so much better. He's turned into a handsome mini panther!
Patrick has a gentle, loving personality. All he wants is to be pet, and he'll nudge your hand with his head, asking to be pet. Patrick knows his name, and comes when called. He also loves spending time sitting on people's laps and snoozing with them. Patrick is friendly with everyone, greeting and cuddling with all house guests. If you're looking for an easy going, manja lapcat, Patrick's the one! Patrick can be kept as a solo cat, he seems to prefer humans over cats.
Interestingly, Patrick's foster parents are allergic to cats but Patrick doesn't trigger their allergies. So if your allergies have prevented you from keeping a cat previously, you can try Patrick!
The vet has tested Patrick's blood and all his readings are normal. He also tested negative for FIV and FELV. Patrick's a perfectly healthy cat.
Minimum criteria for adoption:
1. Patrick must be kept indoors at all times, free-roaming and must not be caged
2. Adopter must be able to provide quality food, love & attention, and adequate medical care throughout Patrick's life
Please note the following:
1. indoor cats can live up to an average of 13-17 years, and many live up to 20 years or more
2. most cats like being on a higher level where they can keep an eye on the world below them, and therefore cats will jump on your furniture, shelves, kitchen tops, etc.
3. cats shed a lot.
If you meet the minimum criteria above, can commit to care for Patrick for the rest of his life, and will not mind if he jumps around your place or sheds fur everywhere, kindly message me on WhatsApp and we can talk more.
