Dog was found hiding underneath a car. When the car moved, it did not want to move. Appears afraid. Has a lightweight chain, broken into half. Probably the dog pulled, chain broke and wandered out of a house compound.

Barks at strangers but sits and keeps quiet eventually. A year old? still playing chewing papers.

Being fed with food and water while waiting for owner to claim.
