Buffy and her brother were rescued at around 3 weeks old at a wet market in absolutely appalling shape. They were wet, filthy, with horrific eye infections, and severely malnourished. Her brother did not survive, but Buffy, after a few days of hospitalization, came out stronger than ever.
She is still quite small for her age but eating really well, and has a fighting spirit. She meows loudly, plays hard, eats a lot and even tries to bully all the other big cats in her foster home. Buffy's bad eye will be removed and sutured shut when she is spayed, but this doesn't slow her down at all! She still jumps, runs and plays no problem. In fact, she has no idea that she's different at all.
After some initial health scares, Buffy has gained enough weight and continuing to do so, now had her first vaccination and ready for adoption! She gets along great with other cats and babies as well. She has no other special needs besides the need for eye suturing during her spay.
Please give this sweet girl a second chance at life! We do have a short application process. We also insist that all cats adopted from us be indoor cats and spayed/neutered when old enough.
