Brought Oscar back; the Seow family’s are nice, good people, unfortunately, the outdoor environment is too dangerous for the puppy as there are not fence up, approximately 30-50 meters to the main road with the traffic flows. I am truly sorry for being overly cautious of the welfare of the puppy but I don’t want to be the one that let everyone down, by not preventing, the unfortunate incidents that might or might not happen;
