This very handsome boy was dumped at the back alley of some shop lots. He chased after me but having 6 rescue kittens awaiting for re-homing at that time, i wanted to walk away but soon after witnessing him innocently chasing after cars, oblivious with the danger, I knew i have to help him before he became another road kill.
He had fungus infection on many part of his body, a common issue with cats & kittens living on the street. A quick visit to the vet confirmed that he was indeed a healthy boy with Burmese blood in his linage. This gives his fur the cream hue & the very gentle personality typical of Burmese cat. This is a happy boy so i name him Rio, which means "happy".
With proper medical care, Rio is completely free of fungus now. He is active & playful but definitely not a noisy nor demanding boy, gets along beautifully with his adoptive sister Rose "the girl who play fetch", who is 1 month younger. Rio will thrive if adopted together with Rose as he quickly became sad & lost on his own, hence family who is willing to adopt both kittens will be given preference.
* Male, 4 months old. Clever with litter tray. Had 2 rounds of : deworm ( Cat), de-flea/ delice (Advocate) & vaccination.
