UPDATE: Meg was adopted but returned due to allergies. She still needs a home!

"Hello everyone! My name is Meg and I'm looking for a family. I just turned up recently at a field in Kuah and no one is sure where I came from but they think I was abandoned, not always a stray, because I'm way too friendly (and stinkin cute 😋) for my own good! There are already so many stray dogs here so my human aunt Wendy thought I should be spayed to prevent more generations of hungry, homeless, sad dogs.

The day after I was spayed I was suddenly very sick and diagnosed with parvovirus. Everyone thought I was going to die but I survived! After a week in the hospital I'm now in a temporary foster home with my foster mummy Jacqueline. I love her and she loves me too but I can't stay with her furever because she travels a lot, sometimes for months at a time! There's talk of releasing me back to the field with daily feeding when I'm stronger and my medication is finished, but it's breaking everyone's hearts to even think that 😢. I need and want a furever home. I have so much love to give and I want to receive it too! I don't want to be a TNR dog.

Let me tell you about myself. I'm a very mellow and laidback pup. I'm not destructive, but don't forget I'm still a puppy so it's best not to leave your stuff within my reach. I'm a fast learner and already know how to come when called. I'm quiet and calm. I only cried for a minute my first night in my foster home. Everyone was so proud :) When I'm left alone I just relax and entertain myself. I might whine the first minute (after all I'm just a kid) but then I stop because I know I won't be alone furever. My foster mummy always comes back! I don't mean to brag but all my human friends say I'm the BEST PUPPY EVER 😍😎

What are my favorite things? I love taking my friend Rufous for walks. He lets me hold his leash in my mouth and I feel like such a big girl walking him 😍 I also love my teddybear and toys that my foster mum gave me. I've been taking naps on comfy cushions and blankets and it's the best! I love absolutely every human I meet and I get along great with other dogs.
