Since around 4-March to today 22-March we assumed this was new cat in the neighbour hood as it had a collar and was super friendly. I put a note on the collar hoping the owner would see it and let me know but its been 3 days and the only person that read the note was another neighbour that said the kitty was coming to her house and staying too.

The cat is super friendly, loves himself some good head scritches and does not use its claws even with belly rubs. All this leads me to believe someone must have loved him a lot and he could just be lost but we're leaning towards potentially someone dumping him here.

He had a small scratch on his nose bridge last week but it seems to have healed up and nothing major.
