Found him near my house area, brought him to vet for spay and check up. No microchip. Adoption fees is actually for vet fees, including neuter fees and etc. Oreo is with minor skin issue.

Pls updated his profile thanks. Has his skin issue recovered and will it? Does he shed a lot? Just curious. If I adopt it’ll be after a visit and at least a few months anyways.
