Posting on behalf of a friend.
My friend found her wandering at the roadside. Most probably abandoned as he has serious skin problem and was furless.Taking care of him for 8 months already, his skin problem got better, new fur grew back. He is now ready to go to a new loving family. Very sweet boy,loves to cuddle.

Suspect is mixed pom & chihuahua.
