He was found by the highway around Sunway Geo area on 27th October (sorry the actual rescuer was not aware of this site). Generally, he appears healthy except he had very bad teeth and looks like a senior dog. His fur was quite short as well when he was found, so he might have just had a grooming a week or two before he was found.
