UPDATE: 11/11/18 Tiger has been adopted! By Annie Ng and her family! Bye big boy! I'll miss you terribly but you're gonna have an amazing life!
Only serious enquiries please! Only respond if you have the intention of keeping him for the rest of his natural life.
Tiger is a handsome older gent looking for his forever home. He was neglected by his original owners before rescued by a kind soul with whom he stayed with for two years. He is strong, both in body and soul; he survived cancer! And is in good health. His rescuer had to leave the country, so now I'm fostering him and looking for his new family.
Temperament wise, Tiger is definitely not a guard dog. He is more content to lie at your feet and follow you about the house. He rarely barks (as most bulldogs don't), but grunts to show his displeasure or approval. He must be kept indoors because bulldogs will overheat if kept outside. Don't let his grumpy face fool you! He's sweet and gentle with dogs and humans alike, I've seen him gently stepping around pomeranians and poodles. He would make a fine addition to any family.
As he is an older bulldog (vet estimates him at 8-10 years old, weighing a healthy 20kg) , he comes with some long term considerations. He has dry eye, which is a common ailment for English bulldogs, and he will need eyedrops every day to help his tear ducts. His skin is also sensitive, so he is prone to allergies if your household uses a lot of chemicals. You will have to clean his face folds every day.
Terms:
1) Adopter must agree to take care of the dog for the rest of its life.
2) Interview is required as well as a form to be filled up.
3) If at any point the adopter is unable to care for the dog, the adopter must contact me immediately and I will collect him.
4) I did his blood work to check for any remnants of cancer or other ailments. He passed his health test with flying colors and I can pass you his health records. I'll donate the rm 200 to fund other rescue dogs.
Tiger has plenty of love and affection to give still in his golden years!
