We found Caesar at a nearby neighborhood, he's been there for months and we took him in to nurse him back to health.

He ran out in the middle of the night on 30th July and we've searched the neighborhood without much luck.

He has a collar and a shave patch at the back of his leg. Doesn't respond to the name Caesar but is friendly enough that if you crouch he will come to you
