Ume was found with Lunar, her gorgeous kitten, in a park a few weeks ago.

She has beautifully round and sweet eyes, which is why she was named after Japanese plums. Ume is incredibly friendly, and rolled over onto her belly as soon as her rescuer approached her. In fact, she walked into the rescue cage herself! We suspect she was previously a house cat who has been abandoned or lost because she is very affectionate.

Ume has had all her vaccinations, de-wormed, de-fleaed and now spayed. The adoption fee covers strictly the vet expenses (and happy to share the invoice if needed).

She is a super sweet girl who loves to be held belly up like a baby. Ume has beautiful medium-length hair that is fluffy and soft. She loves it when you brush her! And don't be fooled by her grumpy expression, she's actually purring and super happy.

Ume gets along with other cats after some adjustment period. Don't be fooled by her age! She's still very playful and sweet.
