Found this female dog at a Damansara Perdana car park basement with MBPJ 2018 license number AC0331. MBPJ licensing department said there is no owner's contact number recorded in their database, so they are unable to contact the owner. They unable to provide the address due to privacy issues.

Told me to get MBPJ to settle the dog, but will be put to sleep if owner don't claim (which they can't get in touch with the owner cos no contact number available).

So can only rely on posting online to help to find this poor girl's owner. Please contact me to bring her home
