SPCASeberangPerai   Dec 3rd 2009 at 7:19AM We are actually SPCA's volunteers and can help to transport QQ over but you need to ensure that you will provide her a good home. Will appreciate if you could email and brief us a bit on your background in handling dogs and also where you are staying.
