As you can see from his photo he is a Mommy's boy, enjoys being pet and played with. He is in an area which has a heavy traffic flow and not where people can see him to feed him. Who can give him a forever home, please help as I am moving from area in a couple weeks. Am willing to pay for his vaccination and deworming, I am living in an expensive area and refuse to pay 3 times the amount, I also do not drive and animals not allowed on public transportation in this country, unfortunately.
