its one of my neighbor's cat that they tend to not feed the kitten since its a female kitten. it is growing thinner day by day. i am unable to care for this kitten as i have a cat for myself and he isn't happy having friends around. i have claimed the kitten as "minor injury" as i am not sure if it has been hit or tortured. help me save this kitten .
