I found this dog at University of Malaya campus. His collar is in blue color and he's extremely innocent and kind dog. I have searched the entire internet but no one has posted any lost dog similar to him yet.
He is under my care now and seems to be healthy. Too him to clinic and vet has checked him already.
you can adopt him as well as I have no place for him to stay.
