Chibi's owner no longer cares for her and is not willing to provide any care or attention.

Chibi recently had 2 kittens; all three of them are kept in one tiny cage for weeks on end WITHOUT a litter box, so they have started to develop skin problems.

The owner continues to neglect them and is not willing to take them to the vet.

Today someone has already taken one of her babies leaving only Chibi and her other kitten.

We need someone who can take Chibi and her baby away and can provide them the love and care that they deserve.

Chibi needs to be out of that house now, so please call me asap.
