The two birds are C in size (smallest). I purchased them when they were 6 months young so I guess its been a year since I've had them. They were very tamed before but as I've had so little time to give them due to the upcoming exams and my busy schedule.. so now they are semi-tamed
Malachite is a green little love, last year there was an accident in which he lost his left claws in a stand fan (but its okay now, he just doesn't have claws on his left leg sadly) He is the sweetest from the two and Topaz's little clumsy mate.
Topaz is the beautiful lutino, she is very prickly and doesn't like affection as much as malla does but at times she will appreciate a lift (if you let her fly around and she's on the floor). She doesn't like it when you put your hand in her cage but is fine if you wanna touch her when she's outside. To Topaz, her cage is her territory. Also, she loves baths so a little bowl with water will be very appreciated by the little girl.
The two has had a clutch of eggs this year. So they wont have any soon for a while because constant breeding is not safe for Topaz.
The two are inseparable as Malla will worry if Topaz is not in sight or if they are whistling from a far. The two birds are also accustomed to wingclip (This was done a lot before when they were released in the house). The birds are very fine with being released in the house even without wing clip but we only do it for the safety of not flying out an opened window or accidentally hitting a fan. The birds also like to stand on stand fans or table fans so I especially advise to turn fans off when they are in a room with one. They wont mind eating on your hand.
