~Final update - 4 April 2017~
After 8 long months, Heidi has finally found her forever home! :)
~~~~~~~~~~
Heidi was a stray who delivered her 8 pups in a high traffic area in PJ (Ara Damansara). I responded to the person who posted up a plea for help to relocate them on 29 July.
Heidi's pups have been adopted. So now Heidi's waiting for her forever home.
Heidi is an awesome dog with great temperament. She's very calm, gentle and friendly. Because of her temperament, I'm inclined to think that she's a lost or abandoned dog but I'll never know for sure. But when we were rescuing her and her pups, she never once growled or bared her teeth at us, and I was even able to carry her into my car with no issues.
When walking her on the leash, she walks calmly by my side. She doesn't pull at the leash like many dogs do.
Heidi would make a great family pet because of her good temperament and although she's not a puppy, she has many years to give lots of love and companionship to her new family.
Please don't disregard her just because she's an adult dog and don't let her "plain" looks deceive you. She's a lovely dog with a beautiful personality! I encourage potential adopters to visit her and get to know her yourself before you make a decision. I will be more than glad to meet you and your family to facilitate this meeting, preferably during the weekend.
Again, Heidi loves loves loves people; if you have other dog(s), a proper introduction is necessary, of course, to ensure they get along.
Heidi has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and deflead. Her new family just needs to give her lots of love and medical attention as and when required. The adoption fee is to cover her medical expenses as per above.
Please contact me at the number listed in this posting if you're interested to adopt Heidi. And again, I do encourage you to pay her a visit so you can experience her good nature yourself.
Adopt, don't shop. Spay/neuter.
