Meet Teddy Boy, whom we believe was deliberately dumped at our usual feeding zone by God knows who. Luckily he was smart enough to bark at me from far as if sending SOS, otherwise poor boy might be bullied by the other adults doggies or if unlucky knock down by passing cars since its quiet a busy and dark area at night.
