I want to adopt him but the problem how i bring her home cannot take him to taxi.😟 He so adorable

Giekwong, think seriously about transportation for an adopted dog if you do not have your own car, because as you point out, taxis will not carry dogs, and nor will any of the public transit. It's not only a matter of getting the dog to your home but then to the vet for periodic check-ups, injury or illness, etc. Do you have family members or neighbours who would be willing to drive you and a dog wherever you need to go? If not, adopting a dog may not be feasible for you. :-/
