Found weak, starving outside condo area at Bandar Sri Permaisuri.

Friendly, Affectionate Female.

Managed to carry her to safe place immediately.

Adopter or owner must commit to neutering her AFTER 2 rounds of vaccination over 2 months and to keep her securely indoors to avoid her running off to mate.

Otherwise, get her neutered IMMEDIATELY, provided she is good health and has adequate nutrition.

Pets are recommended to be kept indoors to avoid them getting run over by cars.
