This sweet fella will wait and meow for you to pet him only if he trusts you. It took me more than 2 months to gain his trust.

Must be neutered when he is 9 months old.
Must be kept indoor, no outdoor roaming is allowed.
Must update me from time to time on the status.
Must return to me if can't keep any longer.
