the day before CNY, my dearest Snow White reappeared but looking very thin but she was all excited when she sees me

We are very sad that snow white has been missing since 26/12/15 together with her close friend, dalmation wannabe. We have tried to look for her everywhere, Paws & etc...but we are still hoping that we will bumped into them at their usual spot & they will be jumping & smiling at us

This is my dearest snow white. Just look into her eyes, she must have gone thru so much pain and hunger. The first time I spot her she was so skinny to the bone and yet, she has this friendly smile in her :)

I saw her wondering around outside on established hospital in Klang Valley, feed her once and she followed me back and had been looking forward to see me every day.

She subsequently hide herself at my office car park with another girl, a dalmation wanna be puppy but eventually the building guard has packed and thrown her at another location.

My friend then spotted her and we went n feed her and she went missing again and to my surprise, she's back now lingering around outside the hospital.

What am I supposed to do? She is obviously back to come and look for me, but I feel so helpless that I cant bring her in.

Can anyone pls adopt her? She's a darling & full of love :)
