03/06/2015: LOST/ABANDONED: Male Shih Tzu at Paramount Garden. Not sure how old is he but roughly more than 8 years. Having cataract on the left eye. Blue collar with colorful patterns (stripes; polka-dots).

03/6/2015 -UPDATE- : Not sure whether is it a Pekingese or Shih Tzu/Maltese. Might be mixed. Took him to the groomers and vet say he is vaccinated. No eye problem and he is roughly 3 years old.
