I am wondering whether you know of anybody that might be kind enough to adopt a dog that has been abandoned by its owner. The owner of this dog was renting a house nearby my house. They left without taking the dog. Now it is guarding an empty house. I spoke to the other neighbour and they said the dog is a very good watchdog and is guarding the empty house very well. They have taken pity on him (male) and are feeding it whenever they have leftovers but they don't touch the dog cos it can bite. It just means that whoever wants the dog has to retrain it. It is a great pity that the previous owner has failed to train it or maybe they have kept it so hungry that everytime someone feeds him, he feels compelled to snatch the food, or he thinks the person is going to take the food away from him before he has eaten. So pitiful!
I am afraid that when the next house tenant comes, they will ask the dog catcher to come and catch it and have it put to sleep. He is quite nice looking as you can see.
