Frost went missing the night of March 12th after four stray dogs ran our other cat up a tree. He is deaf and howls quite loudly. He has some slight brain damage and bobs his head a bit to look around.

He's wearing a baby blue collar, although he's been prone to lose it quite a bit. He's a super sweet boy, but likes to antagonize other kitties. We miss him dearly and need our special needs boy home.
