Found a white male toy poodle (age uncertain) in the drain at Christmas Eve in Bandar Sungai Long. He's attached with collar and a yellow leash.

His fur is horribly matted, so I gave him a hair cut.

Have yet to bring him to the vet for check up because it's the holidays and it's not open. Looks quite healthy, (normal poop) but seems a little bit weak. (probably starved)
Eating as normal.
