I'm sorry if I got the breed wrongly as I'm not sure what kind of breed the kitten is. Found a lost cat last night outside my apartment (Indah Villa Condomonium in Bandar Sunway.) It has a collar on it,female and still young. Have posted around the area and asked the building security but no one has acknowledged that they have lost their pet.The building has a no pets policy but we have given it some food and water and let it run around the house all day today but we could not foster it for long due to the no pet policy.
