This dog I came across with when I was back to Ipoh is up for adoption.
I saw food and water next to them so I assume there might be someone kind feeding them right now.

Location : The dogs are resting at the shop lots opposite of the food court. If I remember correctly, they should be pretty near or a few shops away from a computer shop.
