~Update - 27 Nov 2017~
We have been watching out for Batgirl and so far, we haven't had more complaints. She remains a community cat and we hope that residents will continue to be tolerant of her and the other strays in the area.

~Update - 12 Aug 2016~
Was just informed by my dad that the condo management plans to catch my TNR cats in the area. Urgently and desperately seeking a for home for Batgirl before she gets caught. She's very friendly, as such, she will be easily caught, unlike some of the less friendly strays I have TNR-ed.
Adopt, don't shop.

Batgirl appeared one day at my parents' condo grounds some months ago. She is very friendly and used to humans. We suspect she is either an abandoned or lost pet. From my observation, I believe she has been spayed because since the time she appeared until now, she has not gotten pregnant.
The reason I am trying to rehome her is because residents at my parents' condo are NOT cat-friendly and I am afraid one of these days, they will pressure the condo management to engage the local council to round up the stray cats. There are a number of strays cats here, a couple of which I have neutered and released. Batgirl is one of the few friendly ones, hence would make a good pet.
I have not taken her for a checkup or done any vaccinations or deworm, hence I don't know her medical condition (she seems healthy) or her age. If anyone is interested to adopt her, please let me know. I will catch her and get all the necessary done before I send her to her new home i.e. vaccination and deworm.
Time is not on Batgirl's side. Please pass on the message and help her find her forever home.
Thank you!
*I called her Batgirl because she looks like she's wearing a cape, like Batman :-)
